If you’re no longer able to proceed with your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Where availability allows, we’re happy to discuss rescheduling your session. However, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Our starting investments are set and reflect the experience, preparation, and creative direction involved in each collection.

That said, every project is unique. If you’d like to extend coverage, add additional locations, or include enhancements such as priority delivery or advanced retouching, this can be discussed during the enquiry and proposal stage. A tailored quote will be provided based on your needs.

No — RAW files are not provided for any session. RAW files are unfinished working files and do not represent the final quality, style, or standard of Sure Moments HQ. Each image is carefully selected, edited, and refined to deliver a cohesive and polished visual story that aligns with our brand and creative approach. Providing unedited files would compromise both the final experience and the integrity of the work we deliver.

Rather than working to a fixed number, we focus on delivering a complete and cohesive visual story. You’ll receive a carefully curated gallery of high-quality images that fully reflect the scope, flow, and intention of your session or event. This ensures quality, consistency, and storytelling take priority over arbitrary image counts.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type and scope of the experience. Typical delivery timelines will be clearly outlined in your proposal. If you require your images sooner, Priority Edit options may be available and can be discussed during booking.

Yes. Sure Moments HQ is based in London & Kent and is available nationwide. Destination bookings may also be considered upon request. Travel outside our local area may incur additional costs, which will always be communicated clearly in advance.

- A proposal must be accepted

- A contract must be signed

- A retainer payment must be made
